Joining the Women's only Ultimate physical fitness program at WFC, is a fantastic way to drop weight effectively and quickly. The courses offers cardio kick boxing, squat squad, ultimate fitness conditioning and boxing classes. Every work out is offered to new students as well as more advanced students so that everyone is able to work out at their own level. Each session is an hour long and is designed to get you warmed up, have an intense work out and finished rapidly. Every class offered is a sensational work out and in the ladies physical fitness program you never have a worry of getting hurt.

Our cardio kick boxing class is an extraordinary workout that shows members to correctly punch and kick while learning self defense at the same time. The session also trains you in partner exercises with other members kicking and punching the pads where your partner holds.. The kick boxing class tones and strengthens your whole body. Much like the cardio kick boxing class, the boxing class also works on the hitting the heavy bag. All of our teachers who teach the classes are also expert competitors and their training style is built upon their own workout exercise for when they are preparing for a fight. The boxing and kickboxing concentrate on cardio and losing calories while our conditioning boot camp session and squat squad involve more weights and strength training. The strength building work outs concentrates on using free weights, bar bells, sleds, agility ladders, etc. These sessions not only help builds muscles, but also help with increasing your stamina.

Unlike the other three classes offered in the Ladies only wellness and fitness program, the squat squad class concentrates on a rigorous lower body exercise. The squat squad class focuses on an intense, lower body exercise. Squat Squad is a weight lifting class that helps tighten up your butt and strengthen your legs. The squat squad class provides an excellent work out even though it is at a reduced speed opposeded to the other sessions provided in the females training program. Outside of the Ladies physical fitness program, we also offer co-ed MMA fighting classes where not only are you enduring an extreme exercise but really focusing on self defense.

 

The classes in Ultimate Women's fitness program are designed to burn anywhere between 700-1000 calories per class. From taking these classes we have success reports of women who come to lose 20-30 lbs to those who came and dropped between 100-120 lbs. The dedication of our instructors and the hospitable setting our members have created is what continues to help design our result rate of our system. Not only does the women's physical fitness program have the group sessions but there is also private work out sessions available as well as a weekly meal plan to help you triumph beyond the gym also.
